Duke University keynote speaker at the @NCAPPA Women in Facilities Conference
I

It was an honor to serve as a keynote speaker at the @NCAPPA Women in Facilities Conference, held at Duke University and hosted by University Facilities Management, and to share my C.O.U.R.A.G.E. Leadership™ Framework, shaped by my own journey of leading through challenge, change, and growth in the facilities profession.
This opportunity was especially meaningful because I understand what it means to lead as a woman in a field where we have not always been widely represented. My hope was to encourage other women to trust their voice, remain authentic, persevere through obstacles, and continue creating space for those who will follow.
Thank you to the Women in Facilities community for the invitation and warm welcome. I left encouraged by the strength, talent, and commitment of the women who continue to move our profession forward.
