Are we prepared for 2025?

The recent executive orders issued by President Donald Trump threaten to unravel decades of progress for Black professionals, entrepreneurs and particularly Black women striving to succeed in education and the workplace. The repeal of affirmative action policies for federal employees and the dismantling of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives signal a troubling shift that could have long-lasting consequences for communities of color.
